I took Rachel out along the canal at lunch again today. It wasn't raining but had been and the tow path was incredibly slippery in places which made for an interesting run. Maybe I need to start wearing my Orocs for my lunch time runs?
This time I showed Rachel the 'wasteland' route, as this wasn't as slippery as staying by the canal but there were quite a few huge puddles to jump over. I like it, makes it feel a bit more off-roady!
