Today I went for an early morning run from the office around the City ground with Rachel. It had been raining when we set off but it soon brightened up and we got pretty warm in our jackets! Nothing exciting to report on this run, just a nice leisurely one to set us up for the day.
I also went to spin at altitude later on today which was a killer as usual. I’m really hooked on it now and haven’t missed a single week in the past three months.
