I've been full of a cold for the past couple of days but went for an easy run with Ruby today to see if it would clear my head.
My foot is still sore from Tuesday and I have no idea what's wrong with it. It's painful, but not to the point of making me not run.
We just went down to the barn, did a loop and came back again. It did help to clear my head cold up a bit to be honest, but didn't help much with the foot pain!
Total distance - 3.4 miles
