I have decided to do a quick summary on a Sunday of my week's training, for my own benefit, but feel free to read it if you have nowt better to do.
Monday, 29/12/14 - 3.3 easy miles with Ruby
Tuesday, 30/12/14 - 5.1 mile tempo session
Wednesday, 31/12/14 - 5.6 easy miles with Ruby
Thursday, 01/01/15 - rest
Friday, 02/01/15- 5 easy miles with Ruby
Saturday, 03/01/15 - 10.25 hilly miles
Sunday, 04/01/15 - 4 easy miles with Ruby
Week's total distance - 33.25 miles
